BUG: VTKExamplesTarget should depend on QVTK and vtkMFC libraries since some examples use these libraries.

ENH: Implemented multi-configuration testing support to properly run vtkLocal and vtkMy example tests with Visual Studio builds.  This works only with CMake/CTest 2.1 and higher and when VTK_TEST_WITH_CTEST is ON (must be set manually in initial cache by a dashboard script for now).

ENH:Added VTK/Widgets directory; moved widgets from Hybrid/;removed VTK_USE_HYBRID,VOLUMERENDERING CMake variables

ENH: In case CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS are defined, we need to propagate the one ctest specifically specify in case of incompatibility

BUG: When driving the examples build the C and C++ compilers must be specified to match VTK just as we are already setting the flags to match.

ENH: Setting up build of examples to always be an outside project.  An in-tree build will produce a custom target that builds it as an outside project using ctest --build-and-test.  Once VTK is built the examples will be built.  The output paths are setup to put the examples in the VTK bin directory so DLL builds will work out of the box.

ENH: Enable building of examples when BUILD_EXAMPLES is on.  Also added support to build the whole examples tree as a single stand-alone project.

           vtkMFCWindow is derived from CWnd so it is more generic and can
           be plugged into an MFC GUI.
           Two examples (sdi and mdi) were converted to use this new stuff.

COMP: Tweak CMakelists files so that if the user requests Gui support, Qt support and Examples they will get the Qvtk examples built for them

ENH: Updating vtkLocal and vtkMy tests to be configured using ctest with --build-and-test option which replaces old cmaketest.
