As of this commit, we can render tanglegrams within VTK.  A tanglegram
consists of two dendrograms with lines drawn between some of their
leaf nodes.  These lines indicate connections or correspondences
between the two trees.  Tanglegrams are useful for viewing
cospeciation data.
