On Windows, setting a render window to go "full screen" would leave the Windows task bar showing, and have the render window only taking up *most* of the screen. Change vtkWin32OpenGLRenderWindow's GetScreenSize method to retrieve the full size of the screen on the primary monitor and allow Windows apps to have truly full screen vtkRenderWindows.
