      Changed to returning value by reference to avoid call to constructor which can call memset, which can mess up vectorization
      
      Replace every instance of ValueType Load(....) with void Load(..., ValueType& ret)
      Repalce calls to Load.

      Had to add OutputIndex to currentIndex before sending to getIndexLogical in GetInputIndex3D to get everythig to work right now that currentIndex is no longer stored in indices

      Added new file InputIndex3D as a new Execution Signature Tag (added to CMakeLIsts.txt)
      Added comment to VisitIndex.h
      Added cellId to GetValues method and GetPointIndexForCell and use in subsequent indices calls
      Added InputIndex3D.h include in WorkletBase.h and added typedef for InputIndex3D
      Used InputIndex3D execution signature tag in TetrahedralizeStructured.h and also added VisitIndex tag there.  Use those instead of ThreadIndices
